Once you have done this you will have a Redtkt account that you will be able to use for future purchases.
Finding an event on Redtkt is very easy, on our homepage there are at least three main categories: festivals, concerts and Nitsa Club. Choose one of these options and you will see all the events available in this category.
Once you have found the event you are looking for you have to register or access your account to continue.
Select your event, the number of tickets that you want and enter the names of the ticket holders. The first name that will appear on the tickets is the name of the person who holds the Redtkt account with which you have logged on but you can change the name on the first ticket if you are buying tickets for somebody else.
In order to continue the process and pay for the tickets you must accept the general conditions. It is very important that you read them carefully; each event has its own conditions and they are not always the same (you can print them out if you wish to).
Next we will redirect you to a safe payment page on which you will have to give your credit or debit card details. Once you have completed the payment you will receive your tickets by e-mail and, they will also be available in your Redtkt account.
Redtkt uses the Redsys Virtual POS system, the safest for the use of credit cards on Internet, that guarantees that the details of the card will travel encrypted and directly from the buyer to the intermediary bank. Moreover, Redtkt will not, at any moment, know these details. Banks are the trustworthy regarding the protection of their clients’ details.
The Redtkt servers use SSL (Security Socket Layer) and TLS (Transport Layer Security) technology that are common security protocols that establish a safe cannel between two computers connect via Internet. Technically, SSL protocol is a transparent method to establish a safe session that requires the minimum intervention by the final user. For example, the navigator tells the user that there is a SSL certificate by showing a padlock symbol or the address bar appears in green when it uses an extended validation EV SSL certificate.
This means that any information, such as the details of your card, your session or any other form on our web, will travel through Internet without being tracked, copied or decrypted by any user who is not part of the original communication.
You can check the security of our pages by clicking on the padlock symbol that appears next to the address of this page, that guarantees the security of the server and the use of a certificate with powerful encryption (128 bits).
Our SSL servers have GeoTrust certificate.
You can use a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
The number of tickets you can buy for an event depends on the promoter. Limitations can have multiple causes; these can include guaranteed equal opportunity access to tickets, Fraud avoidance, prevention of ticket touting, etc.
On the page of the event you can see at what time doors open but any other information such as the time of the concert will be published before the event n the same page. You will be sent emails about any update.
If you need any further information we recommend that you contact the promoter.
You will get your tickets in PDF format in order to print them. It is indifferent if you print them in colour or not, but you must make sure that the printer has enough ink to make your details and the QR code legible and the bar code visible, so that they can be read and you will have no problems accessing the event. You can print out your tickets on any computer as many times as you want.
You can also show them directly on your mobile pone, as long as the QR code is visible enough for the staff of the Organisation to scan it or through passwallet o passbook.
The booking fees cover the services that we offer to our clients from providing a purchasing platform, the technology necessary to carry out the operation securely, customer services, etc.….
Be patient, sometimes there is a delay between the end of the transaction and the reception of the tickets.
Mistakes can also occur involving the bank gateway and our purchasing system, which can lead to your account being debited although no ticket has been reserved. We have no way of knowing when this happens unless you inform us.
Please make sure that Redtkt have charged you. At the same time, check your mail to confirm that we have sent you the mail with the tickets attached (remember to check your “Junk mail” / “Spam” and “Promotions”). Lastly, confirm that you do not have the tickets by going to the “My Purchases” section of your Redtkt account.
If after following these steps you do not find them, get in touch with us through info@redtkt.com and give us the last four digits of the debit or credit card you used to purchase the tickets, the event for which you were trying to buy the tickets, the date on which you did the transaction and the amount charged to your account so that we can verify the facts.
Once you have completed the purchase we will send you an email with your tickets that you can use with the passbook / passwallet application on your mobile or download on your computer or print directly.
If you cannot find the email we recommend that you check the “Promotions” section in Gmail or the “Junk mail” / “Spam” in Hotmail and Gmail.
You will at all times be able to access them online by accessing your Redtkt account and the “my Purchases”.
In most cases if the ticket is bears your name this means that it is non transferable. However you can get in touch with the promoter of the event and ask as the conditions can change according to the event in question.
But, the ticket holder will be held responsible should his/her ticket appear duplicated, photocopied or forged, thereby losing all rights to access the event. Only the first ticket presented and validated by its code will be valid. Any other ticket with the same code presented later will be invalid.
IMPORTANT: The barcode allows access to the site one time only. It is your responsibility to look after it and to avoid any copies being made of it. Do not publish it on social networks, do not print it in unsafe places and keep it away from third parties.
Remember to take your ID card or other form of identification in order to access the venue where the event is taking place.
You must look after your ticket as if it were cash or a “traditional” ticket (although you can print your ticket as many times as is necessary). The ticket has two types of codes (bar code and QR code), it also has an alphanumeric code and can include the full name of the holder, therefore, the staff of the Organisation in charge of the event has different ways of checking the validity of said ticket. In any case, this does not mean that the Organisation cannot prevent you from entering the venue if they suspect that the ticket has been amended, forged or duplicated, and for this reason we recommend that you look after it carefully.
Do not publish your ticket or upload a photo of it on social networks. The codes on it could be used by anybody and your ticket may be invalidated. Only show your ticket to the staff of the Organisation in charge of the event.
We will only be held responsible for tickets bought directly from our web.
If the event has changed date or venue, the Organisation reserves the right to authorise or not the refund of the tickets. If it does so, it will establish the terms and conditions of the refund. We do not participate in anyway in the organisation of the events; therefore any change that might occur is the direct responsibility of the organisation.
However, as the ticket-sale operator, we will publish the relevant information about any changes on our web as soon as possible, as well as sending you an email.
The price of a ticket, the discounts and promotions are exclusively managed by the promoter of the event, who also decides the terms and conditions of these promotions which means that we cannot make any changes or refunds without their consent.
